• Please do not take any property with you including flowers, trees or rocks.

• No attaching anything to the house.

• Do not hang anything from decking.

• No cutting down or removal of any trees.

• Fires are only allowed in fire pit and when a county burn ban is not in effect.

• No discharging of any Fireworks of any kind.

• No discharging of Firearms.

• When riding ATVs or UTVs do not damage property leaving ruts or cause damage by cutting donuts.

• Be aware of property lines and do not leave property.

• Drive slowly and be courteous to neighbors when entering and leaving property.

• *No Smoking or Vaping in the House* No Cigarette Butts on the Grounds

Pets:

• No Pets on any furniture. 

• Pets are not to be left unattended. 

• Must clean up pet waste from grounds.
